Job purpose:
The Nurse is the advocate for healthcare across Emaar Hospitality Group LLC. Ensuring that employees receive the right care and treatment, he leads the team of responders during medical emergencies onsite and off-site when the need arise at any given time.
Collaboratively work with the Medical Services Team and the entire company to ensure that government related requirements are met.
Education and Licenses (critical points to be there)
- Bachelor degree in Nursing
- Valid nursing registration in the country of education
- Valid nursing registration in the country of practice
- Valid nursing license in Dubai Health Authority
- 1 year exposure to the Emergency Room in the hospital experience is a must
- Trained in Advance Cardiac Life Support
- Valid Basic Life Support and Automated External Defibrillator certificate at all times
- With knowledge of Medical Coding
- Trained in Paediatric Emergency Assessment Recognition & Stabilization
Experience (minimum requirement)
- 5 year experience spent in Hotel or Accommodation Nursing
- Clean slate when it comes to medical liability
- Background on handling medical insurance approvals
